Bionil PF Phosphating
Phosphating and Rust Prevention Chemical
In a single operation, removes light rust and oil from iron and steel surfaces, protects them with a phosphate layer and prepares them for painting.
NSF-Certified Rust, Limescale and Oxidation Remover

NSF-Certified Rust, Limescale and Oxidation Remover
It removes freshly formed rust, limescale, sugar and cement residues, water stains from metal, ceramic, tile and plastic surfaces, and oxidation from aluminium, copper and brass surfaces. For cleaning mould cooling channels it is used together with the special RWR 80 cleaning machine. It is used diluted at 5-15% with hot water at 20-80°C. After use the surface is rinsed with plenty of running water. It holds a US-approved certificate (NSF) for use in cleaning food machinery and equipment. It is safely used in the fruit juice, confectionery, cola, beer and similar sectors for the cleaning and disinfection of tanks, floors and pipe interiors and for cleaning spilled sugary water and beer residues.

Bionil DB has been approved by the US-based NSF organisation for cleaning machinery and equipment in food-processing areas. After food contact it must always be rinsed with plenty of water; the application procedure should be kept within the facility's HACCP plan.
Bionil DB is an acidic formula and dissolves carbonate-based natural stones such as marble/granite. The acid dulls the surface of the stone and leaves permanent staining and erosion. On these surfaces, neutral or alkaline cleaners (e.g. Bionil SZ) should be preferred.
The RWR 80 is a special piece of equipment that removes limescale and rust deposits from the cooling channels of plastic injection moulds using circulated hot acid. Bionil DB is used in this machine diluted at 5-15% with water at 20-80°C; it opens the channels and restores mould cooling efficiency.
Sugar, organic acids and carbonated beverage residues harden on the surface over time and form sticky, scaly deposits. Bionil DB's acidic formula dissolves this organic sugar layer and the limescale components together; it provides single-step cleaning of tank interiors, filling lines and pipe interiors.
