Privacy Notice & Data Protection

Information on personal data processing, privacy and cookies under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Process

Through our contact, quotation, sample and MSDS/TDS request forms: your full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of the message you submit. Technical data related to your use of the website (collected via cookies) is described separately in the Cookies section below.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your requests, quotations and questions; providing technical support.
  • Fulfilling product sample and MSDS/TDS document requests.
  • Conducting communication and contractual processes related to our products and services.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests and — where required — your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, strictly limited to the purposes above and in compliance with applicable legislation, with the suppliers for whom we act as authorized distributor and with legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

6. Collection Method

Data is collected electronically through website forms and electronic communication channels.

7. Your Rights as Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request rectification or erasure, and to exercise the other rights listed in the law. You may submit your requests to info@bionil.com.tr.

8. Cookies

No non-essential cookie runs before you allow it. A cookie preference notice is shown on your first visit; until you make a choice, the analytics and advertising measurement tools are not loaded at all and no request is sent to those providers.

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to work; not subject to consent. Your cookie preference itself (bn_cookie_consent) belongs to this group.
  • Analytics (consent required): Google Analytics 4 — _ga, _ga_GEEWJ6LYE8. Measures which pages are viewed; stored for at most 2 years.
  • Advertising (consent required): Google Ads — _gcl_au and matching via doubleclick.net; plus fp_attr, written by us to attribute an ad click (at most 90 days).

You can withdraw your consent at any time.The “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page reopens the notice. Analytics and advertising consent can be given separately; when you withdraw consent the fp_attr record is deleted from your device and no new request is sent to the measurement providers. You can also manage cookies via your browser settings.
