Bionil P3 Pickling Spray
Weld and Surface Cleaning Spray (P3S for 300-series duplex)
Removes weld discolouration, heat-treatment stains, oxidation, pitting, light dirt and oils, and fabrication contamination from stainless steel surfaces in a single operation and prepares the surface for passivation. Bionil P3S provides an even more effective solution for 300-series duplex stainless steels. Does not damage or yellow the surface. Gives the surface a homogeneous and permanent silver colour. Suitable for AISI 304-316-321 and their derivatives.

Application Procedure
Step-by-step usage
- 01
Remove heavy dirt and oils from the surface with Bionil PF
- 02
Shake the container contents until the mixture is homogeneous
- 03
Apply the mixture to the surface with a hand spray gun or a compressed-air pump
- 04
At the end of the reaction time, rinse with clean water at 100-150 bar pressure
- 05
Allow to dry naturally; do not touch by hand
