Bionil P2 Pickling Paste
Weld Stain Cleaning Paste
Brush-applied pickling paste that removes weld discolouration, heat-treatment scale, corrosion and rust stains from stainless steel weld zones.
Weld and Surface Cleaning Liquid

Weld and Surface Cleaning Liquid
Bionil P1 removes all types of oxidation, pitting, heavy rust and weld stains from stainless materials and prepares the surface for passivation. Reinforced with special chemicals, base-metal loss is kept to an absolute minimum. It does not damage or yellow the surface. It gives the surface a homogeneous and permanent silver colour.
Drag horizontally to compare the surface before and after chemical treatment.

Remove heavy oil and dirt from the material with Bionil PF
Pour Bionil P1 into an acid-resistant plastic tank (dilute 1:1 if required)
Immerse the parts in the bath and leave for 30-90 minutes depending on the material grade
Set up the bath in a well-ventilated area
Rinse the removed parts with pressurized clean water

The classification above shows typical reference values for acid-based pickling/passivation products. Always refer to the product's current Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) for binding information; contact us for product-specific classification.
It is suitable for AISI 304, 304L, 316, 321 and their derivatives.
30-60 minutes for AISI 304/304L and 60-90 minutes for AISI 316/321; it varies depending on the degree of contamination and the temperature.
Yes, depending on the degree of contamination you can dilute it 1:1 with clean water.
