Frequently Asked Questions

About Bionil SZ Floor Cleaning Chemical

How do forklift marks come off?

Forklift tire marks are a mixture of rubber + oil + floor dust and are hard to remove with conventional cleaners. The concentrated formula of Bionil SZ strips the rubber pigment; applied diluted 1:10 with hot water using a brush or floor machine, it dissolves stubborn marks.

Does it really not damage epoxy floors?

Yes. The pH and surfactant balance of Bionil SZ is designed not to dissolve the epoxy protective coating. Epoxy systems, the common floor covering of industrial warehouses and workshops, can be safely washed daily with this cleaner.

When to use 1:10 vs 1:100 concentration?

Use 1:10 (concentrated) for very heavy oil, grease and forklift marks. For general routine floor cleaning 1:50 is used, while 1:100 is sufficient for washing lightly dusty floors or daily maintenance. The right ratio balances both cost and cleaning power.
