Industrial Floor Cleaner
Used to clean oil, grease and all kinds of process soils as well as tire and forklift marks on the floors of warehouses, workshops and maintenance and repair shops. Does not damage paint. Highly concentrated. Used diluted at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:100 with 60-80°C hot water. Applied to the surface with floor cleaning machines or a brush. Does not damage natural matte surfaces such as marble and granite, or epoxy painted surfaces. Does not abrade the surface.

Forklift tire marks are a mixture of rubber + oil + floor dust and are hard to remove with conventional cleaners. The concentrated formula of Bionil SZ strips the rubber pigment; applied diluted 1:10 with hot water using a brush or floor machine, it dissolves stubborn marks.
Yes. The pH and surfactant balance of Bionil SZ is designed not to dissolve the epoxy protective coating. Epoxy systems, the common floor covering of industrial warehouses and workshops, can be safely washed daily with this cleaner.
Use 1:10 (concentrated) for very heavy oil, grease and forklift marks. For general routine floor cleaning 1:50 is used, while 1:100 is sufficient for washing lightly dusty floors or daily maintenance. The right ratio balances both cost and cleaning power.
