Frequently Asked Questions

About Bionil SV High-Viscosity Cleaner

What viscosity is needed to avoid running on a vertical surface?

Bionil SV has a viscosity of approximately 4000-6000 cP. Unlike water-like 1 cP cleaners, this value allows it to cling and stay suspended on vertical surfaces independently of gravity. High viscosity means a longer contact time with the soil.

Does it really not damage epoxy painted surfaces?

Yes, the formula is designed within a neutral to mildly alkaline pH range and is not aggressive towards the chemical structure of industrial paints such as epoxy, acrylic and polyurethane. Tank outer walls and painted machine surfaces show no darkening or blistering even after long dwell times.
